Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and want to return it for a refund, you must return the item(s) at your cost and within 30 days of your purchase.

Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Refunds and Restocking Fee
Although items are not subject to a restocking fee we reserve the right not to refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order depending on prevailing circumstances.

Exchanges
You may exchange your item for a different product, but you will have to pay any difference in value and return shipping.

EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are a consumer located within the European Union, you may have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
